ARRECIFE EN VIVO, THE UNMISSABLE TRAVELLING FESTIVAL

September and October are special months for Lanzarote. It is usually at this time of the year that the winds drop, the light becomes clear and the colourful landscape gets even brighter, if that were possible. What’s more, at this time Fridays become great fun with the arrival of the wonderful travelling festival: Arrecife En Vivo (Arrecife Live).

• A Travelling Festival with Several Stages

One of the distinguishing features of this festival is its travelling format. Various stages are located in Arrecife’s top spots: the Charco de San Ginés, the Playa del Reducto, etc., and the performances take place on these different stages, allowing the audience to stroll through the city’s streets as they enjoy the music. The party never stops, because between each concert a brass band is in charge of accompanying the audience from one stage to another. During Arrecife En Vivo, life in the capital of Lanzarote revolves around the fiesta, the great atmosphere and having fun.

• Bands and Styles

Arrecife En Vivo brings together some twenty national and international artists in Lanzarote. This is a festival that covers the most varied musical genres: rock, pop, indie, garage, fuzz, electronic… This edition involves the participation of: 14 bands, 4 brass bands for the transition between stages and 4 DJs.
