Lourdes guest has spent her entire life paying tribute to the products of the sea and the countryside of #Lanzarote.

An indivisible pack. They are an expression of the force of nature, like the island they live on. They dance with the wind and shine like the sun that illuminates them. Here they feel both equal and unique: free.

EP. 03. PILAR: COURAGE AND JOY

“A girl from El Charco” is how she defines herself, as well as a happy and lucky woman. After the economic depression, Pilar swapped her family business for a cook’s apron. She considers herself quite an expert in bringing joy to cheerless stomachs.

EP. 04. ALEX: ART AND SENSIBILITY, PART OF HIS ADN.

His Universe: creativity. Colours, shapes, materials, the desire to create, ideas that are woven together into notebooks packed with work.

EP. 05. ELEUTERIA: SCARCITY ON THE 8th ISLAND, WISDOM AND LEARNING

An example of sacrifice, life was her school. Born on the island of La Graciosa in 1941, she had to apply all her wits and ingenuity to survive scarcity from a very young age.

EP. 06. GUSTAVO: THE SKY AND THE LANDSCAPE. THE SEARCH. 

Gustavo Medina has spent half his life listening to and understanding all the elements of the landscape. Throughout this time he has gifted us with the best images of his favourite subject matter: Lanzarote.

EP.07. RAQUEL: FASHION, ART, AND NEW FEMININITY.

Rooted in this territory, the aesthetics of Lanzarote and the manifestations of local art,  Raquel Melián shapes the revolutions of her soul through fashion. 

EP.08. ÁLVARO: SEA, NATURE, ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS

From a lush green land and raised among tall buildings and noise, he found in Lanzarote a place where he could listen to himself and breathe an intense tranquillity.
