The Museo Etnográfico Tanit (Tanit Ethnographic Museum) is located in the centre of the island. Specifically, it is situated in the municipality of San Bartolomé, in one of the island’s oldest wineries that forms part of a mansion dating to the 18th century. The Museum is home to a complete sample of the ethnographic heritage of Lanzarote, and a visit to the space will enable you to get to know the history of the island’s inhabitants and their folklore and traditions in depth.
