Surrounded by the grape growing landscape of La Geria close to the Monument to Fertility dedicated to the farmers of Lanzarote, this space is the work of César Manrique and forms part of the network of Centres for Art, Culture and Tourism run by the Cabildo de Lanzarote (Lanzarote’s local government). It is committed to the use of local products and the menu highlights the traditional agricultural and fish-based dishes of the island, reinventing classic dishes with an innovative touch.
